Bloating is commonly associated with gas that accumulates in your digestive system making your stomach bulge. This condition is normally accompanied with a feeling of fullness. Although it’s quite normal to feel full after a heavy meal, some people feel bloated all the time.

There are a number of factors that contribute to bloating. The most common include:

Constipation – once you feel better after you empty your bowels the main issue is constipation, meaning that you have to add fiber in your diet as the gasses are trapped behind the feces. Consume fiber gradually, not all once because it may worsen the problem. Use whole grain bread instead of white bread, drink a lot of smoothies and eat more berries.

Not drinking enough water – This is caused by coffee and alcohol if taken a lot. One will have to consume 6-8 glasses of water as well. When body is deprived of water it starts using liquids it can find, therefore bloating could be caused due to fluid retention. That is why one has to start drinking lots of water.

Chronic stress- Believe it or not, stress may cause bloating. When you are under stress, your digestive system fails to perform its function properly. Your bloating may be caused by constipation and stomach ache. So, try to free yourself from the negative emotions, and you will solve your problem for good.

Eat too fast: – If you do not chew your food properly, the body will process it more slowly and bloating can appear. Also, it is very important to eat smaller serving.

Carbs – the issue with bloating can appear due to eating too much carbs, but you may solve this problem by eating low-crab foods. Also, replace sugar and alcohol with vegetable and fruit.
