Chronic stress- Believe it or not, stress may cause bloating. When you are under stress, your digestive system fails to perform its function properly. Your bloating may be caused by constipation and stomach ache. So, try to free yourself from the negative emotions, and you will solve your problem for good.

Eat too fast: – If you do not chew your food properly, the body will process it more slowly and bloating can appear. Also, it is very important to eat smaller serving.

Carbs – the issue with bloating can appear due to eating too much carbs, but you may solve this problem by eating low-crab foods. Also, replace sugar and alcohol with vegetable and fruit.
